Accessibility statement

Intention

We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. That is an intention we design to, not a claim that every page has been independently audited. If something blocks you, we want to know.

What we do on these pages

  • Semantic HTML: one main heading per page, sections with h2, lists where a list is the content, tables for tabular data.
  • A skip link (“Skip to content”) as the first focusable control, so keyboard users can pass the header.
  • Keyboard access to navigation, the enquiry form, and the cookie banner (reject, preferences and accept).
  • Visible focus: buttons and links show a focus ring, not colour alone.
  • Contrast: primary actions use yellow buttons with near-black text; the wider palette is yellow and black so the type stays dark on a light page.
  • Form labels are tied to their fields. Errors are shown as text, not only colour.
  • Page language is British English (en-GB).

Known limits

  • We do not currently embed third-party players or maps. If we add them later (for example a map or a review widget), those embeds may not meet AA on their own. We will say so here if that happens.
  • Cookie and analytics scripts from Google, if you opt in, are outside our full control.
  • PDFs and other files are not used on this marketing site today. If we send a file by email, ask if you need another format.
  • Older browsers that do not support modern CSS may lose layout polish; content should remain readable.

  • The page URL or the information you need.
  • The format that would help (for example large print, plain text, or a described layout).
  • Any assistive technology you use, if you are willing to say.
