Website subscriptions, SEO and ads services are supplied by the SRL. This page is how you complain to us about wantasite. We do not route UK customers through ANPC. We are not a member of a UK ombudsman or ADR scheme.
How to complain
Email hello@wantasite.co.uk with Complaint in the subject. Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:30 UK time. There is no UK phone number.
What to include
- Your name and the email we should use for the reply.
- The service (website, SEO, Google Ads, ChatGPT Ads, or this website) and the plan if you have one.
- Dates, and the business name on the enquiry or invoice.
- What went wrong, in plain terms.
- What you want us to do.
- Copies of relevant emails, if you have them.
If the issue is accessibility, you can also write as described on accessibility. If it is only about cookies or personal data, you can say so; we still treat it as a complaint if you use that subject line.
What we will do
- We acknowledge the complaint within five UK working days.
- We aim to resolve it within 15 UK working days of that acknowledgement. If we need longer, we will say why and when you should hear from us.
- We will say what we found and what we will do, including any practical fix we can offer under the terms.
If you are still unhappy
Contract disputes sit under Romanian law and the courts of Romania, in English, as set out in the terms. We will not invent a UK limited-company forum or a fake ombudsman.
